  2. You must initiate the exchange process within three (3) days from the date of receipt.
  3. All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included with the returned product.

Exchange Process:

  2. Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  3. we will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a return authorization if the exchange is deemed eligible.
  4. Ship the product back to us or return to store front, ensuring it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  5. Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process the exchange.
